A few things to know about your plan
All eight starting layouts have been reviewed with the venue. Bar seating includes 12 stools, separate from the 50 event chairs. The small side table stays with the orange lounge chairs.
Furniture uses an inch scale. Event-chair footprints are estimated at 20″ × 20″; the small side table, TV position and rear lounge details are approximate. Shared layouts help the venue prepare ahead of time; layout approval is not required.
